We were moved to a guest room with a " signature view, a proper bed and a decent size bathroom. The hotel's location was great, close enough to the restaurants, the golf course and hill country and a sand/beach area for the kids.

The location was amazing and unbeatable, close to the airport. The staff were fabulously friendly and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. Loved our good sized room equipped with 2 double beds, a balcony plus a big HD TV.

The staff at the resort were incredibly helpful and cheerful, making our stay memorable. Special mention to Ashley who went above and beyond for us, delivering a birthday cheesecake for my mom with a candle and surprising us with complimentary chocolate-covered strawberries. The kids' dinner menu was great, especially the salmon and broccoli option. The peaceful view from our room was also a highlight.
We felt spoiled, no complaints.
