The water park is fantastic for kids and adults both. We enjoyed a great meal at the restaurant where the waiter really went above and beyond for us, even snagging us a dessert not even on the menu.

Yeah, it was a bit pricey but you know what? Worth the splurge for the memories we made.

We had a wonderful family vacation! The spacious king suite fit us perfectly. The children loved the pool area, though chairs filled up quickly, so get there early. Enjoyed breakfast at Cibolo Moon daily, don't skip the buffet! Excellent service all around made for a memorable stay.

Paper straws created an inconvenience for everyone in our group, making it difficult to finish our drinks. Definitely an enjoyable stay, but the costs require careful consideration.

My husband and I had an amazing time celebrating our honeymoon with a room upgrade to a suite! The private patio was perfect, and we enjoyed the pools and quick water slide lines. We can’t wait to return with family!

The water park is a hit with the kids, providing lots of fun activities. Room cleanliness needed improvement. we found trash from previous guests. Nice golf course adds to the experience. Staff response times were slow, especially during peak hours. We enjoyed our family time despite a few hiccups.

It ruined our dining experience, and after waiting 20 minutes just for a drink, we decided to leave. Overall, the service and experience were very disappointing.

We had a spacious king room with a private balcony, which was really nice to enjoy the views. The pools were awesome, especially the lazy river, and the water slides kept everyone entertained for hours. Dining at 18 Oaks was a highlight with delicious food choices. The service was friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
